The main types of facelift
A mini facelift targets the lower face and jawline with smaller incisions. A full (SMAS) facelift lifts deeper tissue for longer-lasting results. Thread lifts and ultrasound lifting are non-surgical options for milder sagging.
What recovery usually looks like
Most people see swelling and bruising for one to two weeks. Stitches are often removed after about a week. Many patients feel comfortable in public after two to three weeks, while the final result settles over several months.
How to plan your stay
Plan to stay in Korea for at least 10 to 14 days after surgical procedures so your surgeon can check your healing. Choose a quiet hotel close to the clinic and keep your schedule light.
